Here is a one-night two-day tour plan that takes you around the places associated with the popular anime “Haikyu!!”.
Day 1:①Start from Sendai Station

By car or taxi:
About 25 minutes from Sendai Station
By public transport:
From Sendai Station, take the Sendai Subway Namboku Line to Tomizawa Station.

②Find the “Haikyu!! Manhole covers and a monument around Tomizawa Station

Specially designed manholecovers featuring characters from the popular anime “HAIKYU!!” have been installed on the road leading from Tomizawa Station on the Namboku Subway Line to Kamei Arena Sendai Gymnasium!

*Kamei Arena Sendai will be closed for major renovations from May 21, 2025 to March 2027. Due to this, the “Haikyu!!” monument, which was previously at the south entrance of the gymnasium, has been relocated to the adjacent Tomizawa Park.

About 30 minutes from Tomizawa Park
By public transportation:
Take the Sendai City Subway Namboku Line to Tomizawa Station. From Sendai Station, take the Loople Sendai to Sendai City Museum.

③Sendai City Museum

Another monument of “Haikyu!!” is in front of the Sendai City Museum, which is located on the site of the Sannomaru area of Sendai Castle, and is surrounded by beautiful greenery. It houses approximately 100,000 items, including cultural properties donated by the Sendai Date clan, as well as historical, cultural, and art and craft materials related to Sendai.
Day 2:①Start from Sendai Station

Get souvenirs at Sendai Station!
Search for Haikyu!! themed souvenirs at Sendai Station!
On foot:
3 minutes on foot from Sendai Station

②Shopping at Sendai PARCO

If you want to buy Haikyuu!! goods, you might find something at the Jump Shop at Sendai PARCO.
