Akiu Kogei no Sato (Akiu Traditional Craft Village)

Craftsmen from nine workshops of different kinds of traditional crafts such as kokeshi dolls and Sendai tansu (chest of drawers) live and work here. You can try your hand at painting or dyeing.

Access	From JR Sendai Sta. West Exit Bus Pool No.8, take the bus bound for Akiu Onsen/ Akiu Otaki and get off at Akiu Onsen Yumoto, and then walk 20 min.
