Urakasumi Sake Brewery

Founded in 1724, Urakasumi has long provided sacred sake for Shiogama Shrine.
Visitors can access the Urakasumi Sake Gallery next to the brewery and learn about the company, purchase special sake that is only sold in Miyagi, and buy sake drinking vessels and other goods.

A short brewery tour and sake tasting (fee) is also available

Hours	Daily 10:00-17:00 (except Sundays and holidays) *Free Tours at 11:00-14:00 (advanced reservation required). Closed Sundays.
