the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan!

Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan is held from Sunday, April 13th to Monday, October 13th in Osaka City. The "Tohoku Kizuna Festival" will be held during the expo, bringing together summer festivals from six Tohoku prefectures from Friday, June 13th to Sunday, June 15th, and a parade will be held on 14th, Saturday and 15th, Sunday only. Enjoy Sendai's summer festival, the "Sendai Tanabata Festival," in Osaka. You can also get to Sendai City from Osaka City smoothly by various means of transportation, including airplanes, bullet trains, and express buses, so please come to Sendai, the gateway to Tohoku.

Take the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen "Nozomi" from Shin-Osaka Station to Tokyo Station. The ride takes about 150 minutes.

Transfer from the Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen to the Tohoku Shinkansen at Tokyo Station.

Take the Tohoku Shinkansen "Hayabusa" or "Komachi" from Tokyo Station to Sendai Station (Miyagi Prefecture). The ride takes about 90 minutes.

From the 2nd floor of Sendai International Airport, board the "Sendai Airport Access Line Sendai Airport Station". The journey to "Sendai Station" takes approximately 27 minutes.

[Night bus] Board the JAMJAM Liner JX362 bus at 20:20 from the "Osaka-Kansai Expo Site".
Passing through Kyoto Station, arrive at the "Yodobashi Sendai Daiichi Building Bus Terminal" at 9:00 the next day.

Access from Haneda Airport

    From each terminal station, change to the JR line at Hamamatsucho Station (about 20 minutes) and head to Tokyo Station (about 10 minutes).

    From each terminal station, change to the JR line at Keikyu Shinagawa Station (about 25 minutes) and head to Tokyo Station (about 10 minutes).
  • Limousine bus
    From the bus stop at each terminal, it takes about 1 hour to the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station. (6 flights per day)

  • From Tokyo Station, take the Tohoku Shinkansen "Hayabusa" or "Komachi" to Sendai Station (Miyagi Prefecture). The ride takes about 90 minutes.
