Sendai Hira (silk fabric)
Silk fabric with a tradition of about 400 years and designated as a National Important Intangible Cultural Asset. This textile is crease-resistant and was used for samurai’s hakama trousers. Nowadays it is used for a wide range of things, such as card cases.
