Tomiyado Tourism Exchange Center
Find meals crafted with locally sourced ingredients, honey products made by famous musicians and clay just waiting to be shaped by hand at Tomiyado Tourism Exchange Center. The new center is located in Tomiya City, a municipality that once prospered as a post town. Opened in May 2021, the center makes use of the refurbished Uchigasaki shoyu (soy sauce) shop and boasts restaurants, cafes, shops and pottery workshops.
Visitors with a sweet tooth will want to check out Eight Crowns, a specialty honey shop established by members of popular band Monkey Majik. Pick up a bottle of the shop’s golden mead, a honey-based alcoholic beverage, for a sweet souvenir.
Enjoy meals, unforgettable experiences and more while soaking up Tomiyado Tourism Exchange Center’s charmingly nostalgic atmosphere.
