Spring Valley Sendai Izumi Ski Resort
This proud terrain park in the ski resort is a fullscale snow park where everybody can have fun. A safe and pleasant kid’s area is extremely popular. Taking only 40 min by car from the downtown area of Sendai good access is also an advantage.

Miyagi Zao Eboshi Ski Resort
The 4.3 km long course, which is the longest in the prefecture, has the biggest appeal. In the green season, you can have fun hiking in vast nature or participating in events and festivals.

Miyagi Zao Sumikawa Snow Park
Snow monster (trees covered with hoarfrost) viewing from snow cars is held everyday in the season, and is very popular. If the weather is fine, you can see wonderful snow monsters.

Zao Onsen Ski Area
The Ski Area is proud of its 305 ha area and has the longest ski run of 9 km in Japan, There are 14 slopes and 12 runs. Take a bus from/to Sendai, and enjoy skiing in a day trip.
