Kitakata Ramen（喜多方ラーメン）
Kitakata Ramen is known as one of Japan’s three best ramen noodles, with a standard style of thick, curly noodles in a rich, soy sauce-based soup. There are more than 100 ramen shops in this city with a population of a little more than 55,000 people.
